<br />. <br />, <br /> <br />-" <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Notes to the Table of Projects Under Consideration for Deauthorization in 1997 <br /> <br />Meyring Livestock Companv - Hyannis Peak Reservoir <br /> <br />HB 83-1102 authorized the Meyring Livestock Company a $425,000 loan to construct Hyannis <br />Peak Reservoir in Jackson County. The company reports that it has not been able to make any <br />significant progress towards construction of a new reservoir at this site in Routt National Forest. <br />A letter dated October 25, 1996 from David Meyring requesting the deauthorization has been <br />received. <br /> <br />Redlands Water & Power Company - Redlands Canal System Rehabilitation <br /> <br />SB 89-85 authorized the Redlands Water & Power Company a $420,000 loan to rehabilitate the <br />Redlands irrigation canal system located in Mesa County. The interest rate of the authorized loan <br />is at a higher rate than the Board's current standard rate. The company reports that the project <br />has changed since it was initially proposed. A letter from the company requesting the <br />deauthorization has been received. <br /> <br />e Bull Basin Reservoir & Irrigation Co. - Bull Basin Reservoir No.2 Rehabilitation <br /> <br />SB 94-029 authorized the Bull Basin Reservoir & Irrigation Co, located in Mesa County, a <br />$25,000 loan to rehabilitate the outlet works of Bull Basin Reservoir No.2. The project has been <br />completed by the company with their own funds. The dam has been inspected by the State <br />Engineer, and their reservoir has been approved for water storage. A letter dated October 13, <br />1996 from Mr. T. L. Freeman, Project Administrator for the company, requesting the funds be <br />relinquished has been received by CWCB staff. <br /> <br />Lower Clear Creek Ditch Company - Diversion Dam Rehabilitation <br /> <br />HB 95-1155 authorized the Lower Clear Creek Ditch Company, located in Adams County, a <br />$60,000 loan to rehabilitate their diversion dam on Clear Creek, in cooperation with the Colorado <br />Agricultural Ditch Company. The company has decided to levy a special assessment on the <br />shareholders instead of financing the project through a CWCB loan. On October 24, 1996, staff <br />received a letter from Robert Krugmire, Secretary of the Lower Clear Creek Ditch Company, <br />requesting the deauthorization. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1 <br />
