<br />Agenda Item 4. <br />November 7, 1996 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The following projects are under consideration for deauthorization: <br /> <br />Meyring Livestock Company - Hyannis Peak Reservoir <br />Redlands Water & Power Company - Redlands Canal System Rehabilitation <br />Bull Basin Reservoir & Irrigation Co. - Bull Basin Reservoir NO.2 Rehabilitation <br />Lower Clear Creek Ditch Company - Diversion Dam Rehabilitation <br />Colorado Agricultural Ditch Company - Diversion Dam Rehabilitation <br />Buckeye Lateral Ditch Association, Inc. - Buckeye Lateral Ditch Rehabilitation <br /> <br />The financial details are listed in the attached table. For each project, the project sponsor <br />has indicated in writing that the appropriated funds are no longer needed.
