<br />. <br /> <br />4, FPR 99-506: Cache La Poudre River. Floodplain Information Report (FIR), dated April <br />1996 was prepared by Messner Engineering Associates and includes detailed floodplain <br />information for the Cache La Poudre River in Weld County, This study only affects a specific <br />reach of the river as requested and paid for by a private developer, and was not intended to be a <br />basin wide study, The results of this study will be superseded by a more comprehensive <br />govemment study in the near future. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />Attachments I through 4 summarize the findings of the staff review for each of the floodplain <br />studies for which designation has been requested, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The floodplain information for Resolutions Nos, 99-503 through 99-506 meets the applicable <br />requirements of the Board's "Floodplain Designation and Approval Rules", The proposed <br />resolutions for those 4 studies have been reviewed and discussed with the interested parties where <br />applicable, The staff recommends that designation action be taken on the 4 studies referenced <br />above. <br /> <br />PROPOSED MOTION <br />The Board, having reviewed the Board memorandwn and accompanying Attachments I, 2, 3, and 4 <br />summarizing proposed Floodplain Resolutions Nos, 99-503 through 99-506, now moves as <br />follows: <br /> <br />. I.
