<br />floodplain areas those areas inundated by a laO-year flood (inter- <br />mediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said new report, and further recommends <br />that the floodplain designation for portions of Boxelder Creek and <br />Coal Creek commencing at the south section line of Section 33, <br />T9N, R68W, 6th PM, running thence upstream to the north section line <br />at Section 33, T9N, R68W, 6th PM, as approved by the previous <br />resolution adopted June 3, 1970, be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 31st day of January, 1979, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being inundated <br />by a lOa-year flood as described by the floodwater surface eleva- <br />tions and profiles in said new report for Boxelder Creek and Coal <br />Creek and does hereby rescind said portion of the resolution <br />adopted June 3, 1970; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Larimer County, the Town of Wellington, <br />the United States Soil Conservation Service, and the Federal <br />Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado on the 31st day of January, 1979, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />~~ ..A A- <br />FELIX L.
