I have always been interested, especially
in the last few years, in the reuse of water,
in the efficient use of water, both for irriga-
tion and for municipal uses and to save every
bit of water that we possibly can. We're for
you from the Narrows on down to Ft. Morgan."

"Mr. Chairman, Mr. R. N. Ryan from - he
registers as the City of Littleton - I don't
know Mr. Ryan personally but he may have a com-
ment. U

"The only thing I have is that we are
vitally interested because our population is
growing and any cooperation we can give, we
will be very happy to do so."

"Gentlemen, I appreciate your indulgence in
this matter."

"You know, I might remark that Mr. Miller
has never had it so good, with all his constitu-
ents here. The members of the Board were quite
willing and very happy that they all appeared.

Are there any other comments? I might
remind the Board that we have a motion, duly
made, that an appropriation of $50,000 be made
to expedite these studies in cooperation with
the Bureau of Reclamation. There are indica-
tions from the City of Denver that they may be
willing to supplement this. This, I think, we
will not take into consideration at this time.
This $50,000 was obviously not in our budget
when we declared it. We can take steps with
the Budget Committee to have that done immed-
iately, is that correct?"
