In doing the reopening work, Senator <br />Gill asked us to meet with Judge Sparks some- <br />time ago. I believe that the interest of the <br />whole South Platte River is identical in this <br />matter and that we are quite cohesive in a <br />desire to get as complete a development as <br />possible. <br /> <br />There are some matters in this very well <br />
