I

MR. SPENCER: II There wouid be no trouble then."
MR. ST;\l>LETON: II There would be no problem then?"
MR. SPENCER: tlNo, I don't think it's a problem. I think
we can get that done."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Now are there any questions while Mr. Spen-
cer is at the microphone from members of the
Board?"

MR. PETERSON:

" Mr. chairman."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Mr. Peterson."

MR. PETERSON:

"I have some questions here. I don't know
whether this gentleman is the proper person to
answer them or not. One of my questions per-
tains to the engineering on this. Is that in
your field?"

MR. SPENCER:

"We'll refer those questions to Mr. Barrett.
He's right here and he is a splendid engineer
and I think he'll have the answers."

MR. PETERSON:

"Can you give me the proposed capacity of
the Two Forks Reservoir?"

MR. BARRETT:

"We have not made any estimate of the pro-
posed capacity of the Two Forks Reservoir. This
just hit us last week. The Two Forks Reservoir,
as it was considered in the old Blue-South
platte Project, was about 430,000 acre feet. We
will p1:obably come up with some figure smaller
than that in our present study, that is, if the
studies are approved and we move ahead."

MR. PETERSON:

"Is there any hydroelectric development in
connection with these two reservoirs?"

I

MR. BARRETT:

"There is no hydroelectric in connection
with the Narrows Reservoir. Now whether there
will be in connection with the Two Forks Reser-
voir or not, again that has to await our studies
which we haven't even attempted to make yet."
