Public comment on Executive Session Items <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 6089 - 6168 <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0001 - 0022 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that the Board go into Executive Session. The <br />motion was seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />The public portion of the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 and the Board went into Executive Session. <br /> <br />Wednesdav, March 13, 1996 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />8:17 a.m. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was reconvened at the Cherry <br />Creek Inn, 600 S. Colorado Blvd., in Denver, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at <br />8:170 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 1996, by Chairperson David Harrison. Ten voting <br />members were present so there was a quorum (at least six required). Voting Board members <br />present were Eric Kuhn, Patricia Wells, Alan Hamel, David Harrison, David Smith, Ray <br />Werner, Alan Hamel, Ray Wright, David Meyring, and Janice Sheftel. Ex-officio members <br />present were Jennifer Gimbel from the Attorney General's Office, Hal Simpson from the <br />State Engineer's Office, Grady McNeil from the Division of Wildlife, and Chuck Lile of the <br />Water Conservation Board3 <br /> <br />9. Report from Executive Session <br />Tape 2 Start/Stop 0026 - 0174 <br />Action:Jennifer Gimbel from the Attorney General's Office gave a report on the Executive <br />Session. As a result of that meeting, two motion were made. <br /> <br />In regards to item 8bi, Case Nos. 5-90CW929, 302 and 318, a motion was <br />made by Ray Wright that: <br /> <br />I. Staff and the Attorney General's Office be permitted to enter into <br />agreements or stipulated decrees with the Winter Park Recreation <br />Association to settle issues related to its motion to intervene, <br />consistent with the proposal described during Executive Session, <br />including Clinton Agreement language similar to that included in the <br />stipulation dated October 10, 1995, in Case NO. 92CW333; <br /> <br />~ oting tallies are based on members present for voting. Members recusing themselves are identified. As Board members may leave the meeting on <br />occasion, please contact the CWCB office to review the original meeting notes to detennine whether or not a Board member was present during a <br />specific agenda item. <br /> <br />Minutes March 12-13, 1996 CWCB Meeting <br />
