b. Warrior Ditch. 2.0 shares of the 160 shares of capital
stock (1.25%), issued and outstanding in the Warrior Ditch
Company. Said Company owns direct flow water rights decreed
to the Warrior Ditch. Pursuant to the Decree entered in
Civil Action No. 6832 on February 4, 1884, the Ditch was
awarded the following direct flow priorities:

The headgates of the Warrior Ditch are the same as those of
the Harriman Ditch, described in Paragraph No. 1.13(a). The
Ditch was originally decreed for irrigation purposes.

The 2.0 shares of Warrior Ditch Company stock described
. herein were part of 16 shares historically used to irrigate
the Theodore Johnson Farm, located in the SW 1/4 of the NE
1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, E 1/2 of the SW 1/4, and W 1/2 of the SE
1/4, all in Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of
the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado, as depicted on the
attached Exhibit "B."

Based on an engineering analysis, the average consumptive use
yield of MMRC' s Warrior Ditch water is 30.4 acre feet per
year.

c. Soda Lakes Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2. 8.71 shares of the
400 shares of capital stock (2.18%), issued and outstanding
in the Soda Lakes Reservoir and Mineral Water Company. Said
Company owns storage water rights decreed to the Soda Lakes
Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2. Pursuant to the Decree entered in
Civil Action No. 91471 on September 24, 1935, the Soda Lake
Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2 were adjudicated for 1,794 acre feet
for irrigation purposes, and 598 acre feet for storage for
supplying the City of Denver with water for municipal
purposes, including the watering of lawns and gardens. The
date of appropriation awarded the structures was February 11,
1893. The Soda Lakes Reservoirs are located in Section 1,
Township 5 South, Range 70 West, 6th P.M., Jefferson County.
