The <br />Ditch was originally decreed for irrigation purposes. <br /> <br />The 2.0 shares of Warrior Ditch Company stock described <br />. herein were part of 16 shares historically used to irrigate <br />the Theodore Johnson Farm, located in the SW 1/4 of the NE <br />1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, E 1/2 of the SW 1/4, and W 1/2 of the SE <br />1/4, all in Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of <br />the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado, as depicted on the <br />attached Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />Based on an engineering analysis, the average consumptive use <br />yield of MMRC' s Warrior Ditch water is 30.4 acre feet per <br />year. <br /> <br />c. Soda Lakes Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2. 8.71 shares of the <br />400 shares of capital stock (2.18%), issued and outstanding <br />in the Soda Lakes Reservoir and Mineral Water Company. Said <br />Company owns storage water rights decreed to the Soda Lakes <br />Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2. Pursuant to the Decree entered in <br />Civil Action No. 91471 on September 24, 1935, the Soda Lake <br />Reservoir Nos. 1 and 2 were adjudicated for 1,794 acre feet <br />for irrigation purposes, and 598 acre feet for storage for <br />supplying the City of Denver with water for municipal <br />purposes, including the watering of lawns and gardens. The <br />date of appropriation awarded the structures was February 11, <br />1893. The Soda Lakes Reservoirs are located in Section 1, <br />Township 5 South, Range 70 West, 6th P.M., Jefferson County. <br />7 <br />
