The Reservoirs are filled through the Harriman Ditch.

The 8.71 shares of Soda Lakes Reservoir and Mineral Water
Company water rights were historically used in conjunction
with the Harriman Ditch water rights described above. 4.0
shares were historically used on the Robertson property, 1.63
shares were used on the Nielsen property, and 3.08 shares
were used on the Belquince property, all as depicted on the
attached Exhibit "B."

.

Based on an engineering analysis, the average consumptive use
yield of the Soda Lakes Reservoirs water used on the
Robertson property was 5.4 acre feet per year. The average
consumptive use yield of the Soda Lakes Reservoirs water used
on the Nielsen and Belquince property was 4.7 acre feet per
year.

d. Meadowview Reservoir. The Reservoir is not yet built,
but is proj ected to have a capacity of 49.3 acre feet. It
will be located in the North Turkey Creek drainage basin, as
more particularly described herein.

Buffalo Park Water Right Used for Augmentation:

1.14 In order to ensure that sufficient augmentation and
replacement water will be available for the Cragmont and Mountain
Park Homes Subdivisions, Buffalo 'Park will enlarge Sprucedale a
Reservoir to a capacity of 1.0 a.cre foot. The Reservoir is _
located adjacent to Cub Creek, a tributary of Bear Creek, as more
particularly described herein.

ADJUDICATION OF UNDERGROUND TRIBUTARY WATER RIGHTS (CONDITIONAL):

2.1 Buffalo Park seeks a decree for conditional underground
water rights for each of a total of ,205 wells to be located within
the Cragmont, Mountain Park Homes, ,Buffalo Meadows and Homestead
Subdivisions. Each well may serv$ individual lots or multiple
lots wi thin each subdivision. The: exact locations of the wells
will not be determined until subdi~ision plats are finalized and
individual sites are investigated further. Information common to
each of the proposed wells is as follows:

A. Amount claimed for each' well to serve an individual
lot: 15 gallons per minute (0.033 c.f.s.), CONDITIONAL.
Amount claimed for eacn well to serve more than one
lot: 100 gallons per minute (0.223 c.f.s.),
CONDITIONAL.

B. Appropriation date: December 30, 1994.

C.

How the appropriation was initiated: Field
investigations, engineering investigations, posting of
notices, corporate resolutions, the execution of
8

e
