<br />1.9.2 The Mountain P<lrk Homes Subdivision is also a
<br />platted subdivision. It is located in parts of the SE 1/4 of
<br />Section 11, the S 1/2 of Section 12, and the NE 1/4 of
<br />Section 13, all in Township 5 South, Range 71 West, 6th P.M.,
<br />Jefferson County, Colorado. Se~, attached Exhibits "A-3" and
<br />"A-4." Applicant, Colorado: Mountain Properties, Inc.,
<br />originally sought approval of $n augmentation plan to allow
<br />portions of both the Bear M0untain Vista Subdivision and the
<br />Mountain Park Homes SubdiviSion: to be reconfigured. Pursuant
<br />to a Stipulation between the parties, and an Order of this
<br />Court, dated , 2001, all claims involving the Bear a
<br />Mountain vista Subdivision shall be resolved in Case No. _
<br />94CW290 (B) . The proposed Mountain Park Homes Subdivision
<br />amended plat will include lots :and parcels to be reconfigured
