Applicant, Colorado: Mountain Properties, Inc., <br />originally sought approval of $n augmentation plan to allow <br />portions of both the Bear M0untain Vista Subdivision and the <br />Mountain Park Homes SubdiviSion: to be reconfigured. Pursuant <br />to a Stipulation between the parties, and an Order of this <br />Court, dated , 2001, all claims involving the Bear a <br />Mountain vista Subdivision shall be resolved in Case No. _ <br />94CW290 (B) .
