<br />I <br /> <br />and after that time they can be presented to the <br />interested users down the river. I know Frank <br />here is particularly interested in that. We <br />anticipate those principles will still maintain <br />feasibility of the project. As you know, there <br />was some modification in these principles sug- <br />gested after we had worked them out with the <br />state Engineer and the staff of the Water Board <br />and in compliance with all state laws and com- <br />pacts, and so forth. Then the local people asked <br />for some modification on the internal principles <br />within the District and those modifications <br />could have affected the feasibility, economic <br />feasibility, of the project and our studies on <br />that have not yet been completed but we think <br />that the feasibility will not be seriously af- <br />fected. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />On the Cache la poudre project there, as you <br />know, we have a reconnaissance report completed <br />and that has been subject to internal review <br />within the Bureau forces in both Washington and <br />Denver and those reviews have been completed. <br />The report has been revised and we expect to be <br />able to release it early in July. I can tell <br />you that it will recommend feasibility studies <br />with some limitation as to scope. <br /> <br />On the Green Mountain Afterbay, another <br />unit which is of great interest to this Board, <br />the initial draft of the reconnaissance appraisal <br />is about to be put under review; that is, the <br />Denver Development Office have got their work in <br />such shape that we can now begin co go through it <br />and that review will start in the very near future. <br />We have done some preliminary work in the Regional <br />Office on it and the report will be out this <br />summer all right. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Down in our Kansas River Projects Office - <br />that sounds a little unusual clear over here at <br />Craig but we do have the Kansas River Projects <br />Office at McCook, NebraSka which covers a little <br />piece of the RepUblican River in Colorado so you <br />have an interest in an office way down there - <br />we have the North Republican Unit. It is con- <br />cerned with a reservoir above Wray, Colorado, and <br />
