The contractor <br />has completed 9.8 percent of that contract. <br />He has used 24.1 percent of the contract time. <br />The completed work includes the excavation <br />of the substation yard and the installation <br />of drain pipes and sewer lines. Placement <br />of concrete for structures was started. <br /> <br />On the Upper Arkansas River Basin, the <br />survey by the Colorado State University was <br />completed for determining the extent of the <br />woody phreatophytes in the flood plains of <br />the Arkansas River and its major tributaries <br />and the report on the findings of this survey <br />will be available within the next few weeks. <br /> <br />That completes our report." <br /> <br />"Thank you, Jim.
