ROBBINS: Mr. Chairman, before we leave minimum flows, T'.d like to <br />report to the Board that as to twenty-four lakes in Water Division No. <br />4, we did not obtain a '76 appropriation date previously approved by . <br />the Board. The reason is that the water clerk or referee in Division <br />4 determined that they were not satisfied with the. description and . <br />manner of application that has been utilized in the other six divisions, <br />and therefore, they did not publish those applications which were sub- <br />mitted in January. <br /> <br />Therefore, just for. the Board's information, twenty-f~ur of the "x"-. <br />hundred lakes that we have approved in the past will have a '77 date <br />rather than 176 date. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: Th~mk you, Mr. Robbins. Next in this same agenda item, <br />you have in your files the preliminary lake recommendations. Duane, <br />are these all preliminary? <br /> <br />MR. HELTON: Yes,. sir, they're all lakes. <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: Only that for all these preliminary recommendations if <br />anyone has comments, we would like to receive those c9mments in <br />writing at least twenty days prior to the. next meeting. . We frequently make changes in these recommenda- <br />tions as a result of things pointed out to us. So, if you have comments <br />on any preliminary recommendations, we'd like to receive those in <br />writing twenty days prior to the next meeting. .Of course, you're . <br />welcome to make verbal statements either for or against these.recommenda- <br />tions when the matter comes up for final consideration 9n March 9. <br /> <br />MR.
