FISCHER: The Colorado River Conservation Dis- <br /> <br />trict holds the decrees for a proposed hydroelectric generatio <br /> <br />plant on the Yampa River west of craig, Colorado. Tomorrow, <br /> <br />Mr. Chairman, we will file a license application with the <br /> <br />Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the project. It will <br /> <br />be 148,000 kilowatts generating 350 megawatt hours on the <br />
