MacFARLANE: The only reason I mention this is <br /> <br />10 because if something like 1039 were to go, I'm not sure but <br /> <br />11 perhaps with some appropriate language in there, there's a <br /> <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br /> <br />possibility of leveraging that kind of money as much as ten <br /> <br />or more times in terms of projects and quite frankly stay with <br /> <br />in constitutional limitations. It might be possible. <br /> <br />MR. McDONALD: Could I take that up with your staff? <br /> <br />MR. MacFARLANE: Sure. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: Fine. <br /> <br />MR. McDONALD: I'll include that in my motion. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: I think we, at the March meeting, <br /> <br />ought to have a preliminary report; and if we desire, we can <br /> <br />have a special meeting in April or May devoted entirely to <br /> <br />gearing up for this. <br />MR. JACKSON: I think it's necessary for us to be <br /> <br />sure where we're going before we ga into too many more pro- <br /> <br />jects. <br />
