The date of mailing of a preliminary notice shall <br /> <br /> <br />be approximately 30 days prior to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />meeting at which it is to be formally presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Said date shall constitute the beginning of the <br /> <br /> <br />public comment period. <br /> <br />4. If preliminary recommendations are not advanced to <br /> <br /> <br />final notice status within a period of 6 months <br /> <br /> <br />from the date of initial notification, then a <br /> <br /> <br />re-notification of the preliminary recommendations <br /> <br /> <br />shall be made and the public comment period <br /> <br /> <br />re-initiated accordingly. <br /> <br />B. Final Notice <br /> <br />1. Copies of the CWCB staff's final recommendations <br /> <br /> <br />shall be sent to Part I and to appropriate <br /> <br /> <br />listings from Part II of the notification list. <br /> <br />2. Notice shall be given to county commissioners only <br />if there are recommendations within their county. <br /> <br />3.
