<br />D. ~e director shall advise the Board at its next regular <br />meeting of any statements of opposition which have been <br />filed against the Board's appropriation(s) and shall <br />keep the Board current on all such statements of <br /> <br />opposition. <br /> <br />E. No litigation regarding the Board's appropriation(s) <br />shall be taken to the trial stage without prior Board <br />approval. <br /> <br />F. No stipulations negotiated by the ewCB staff with <br />parties who have filed statements of opposition to <br />the Board's appropriation(s) shall be filed with the <br />court until approved by the Board. <br /> <br />VI. Notification and Public Comment Procedures <br /> <br />A. Preliminary Notice <br /> <br />1. Copies of the CWCB staff's preliminary <br /> <br /> <br />recommendations shall be sent to Part I and <br /> <br /> <br />to appropriate listings from Part II of the <br /> <br /> <br />notification list. <br /> <br />2. Notice shall be given to county commissioners only <br />if there are recommendations within their county. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
