<br />III. CWCB Staff Review <br /> <br />A. Upon receipt of recommendations from DOW and DPOR, the <br /> <br /> <br />CWCB staff shall review such recommendations and the <br /> <br /> <br />supporting data to the extent deemed necessary by the <br /> <br /> <br />staff. <br /> <br />B. Following its review, the CWCB staff shall prepare its <br />preliminary recommendations and mail the preliminary <br />notice required by Section VI. <br /> <br />C. Prior to advancement to final notice, the CWCB staff <br /> <br /> <br />shall consult with the appropriate Division Engineers <br /> <br /> <br />and with such other parties as the staff deems <br /> <br /> <br />appropriate. The staff shall then take into account <br /> <br /> <br />all comments received during the preliminary notice <br /> <br /> <br />period, make revisions to its preliminary recommenda- <br /> <br /> <br />tions where appropriate, and mail the final notice <br /> <br /> <br />required by Section VI. The staff shall make every <br /> <br /> <br />reasonable effort to resolve objections to its final <br /> <br /> <br />recommendations before such recommendations are <br /> <br /> <br />published in a final notice. <br /> <br />IV. Board Action <br /> <br />A. The Board shall act upon the staff's final <br /> <br /> <br />recommendations as embodied in the final notice by <br /> <br />-2- <br />
