SPARKS: <br /> <br />"I think we can conclude this meeting <br />very shortly. <br /> <br />As a part of my report, I would like to <br />call your attention to the resolution in your <br />folders concerning the South Platte River <br />basin. We have been working closely with the <br />Omaha District of the Corps of Engineers in <br />connection with flood surveys, flood plain 1 <br />studies, and projects on the South platte. <br />All this work has been done under authority <br />granted by the Congress under a resolution <br />some years ago. In reading that old resolu- <br />tion there is a serious question of whether <br />
