I

I

MR. STAPLETON:

of about 3,200 acre-feet and the discharge on
that particular day was l,061 feet. Flaming
Gorge is in such a position that they can dis-
charge at any time at capacity of 4,500
second feet.

We had a construction problem at Navajo
Reservoir. The inlet tunnel to the Navajo
Indian Irrigation project will require that
water to be retained or not to exceed eleva-
tion 5,955 feet. So we will have to limit
the content of that reservoir. As I under-
stand it, the construction contract has been
awarded and the contractor is ready to move on
the job to start work on that tunnel.

Moving on to General Investigations, I
think we have included in here the last action'
pertaining to all of our investigations on the
western slope of Colorado. I think the San
Miguel Project and Dallas Divide Project are
slightly behind schedule. We have in our
offices now, I think, pre~ared all of the
appendices except the designs and estimates
and the final economic analysis. We have run
into a few changes that we have to make. They
are changing a few of our estimates but we
will push those through to completion.

On the Yellow Jacket Project, Battlement
Mesa Project, Bluestone Project, and Grand
Mesa Project, these are all on schedule.

with reference to the Small Reclamation
Project that we have with the Orchard City
Irrigation District near Austin, Colorado, the
plans for this project have been reviewed and
with, a few changes a good part of those plans
and specifications have been approved and we
expect that they will be going into construc-
tion very shortly.

I believe that's all, Mr: Chairman, unless
there are questions."

"Thank you, Bob. Any questions from mem-
bers of the Board?"
