The state-wide setting for <br />water use and deyelopment in Colorado will be described in Tasks 4, 5 and 6. <br /> <br />The leyel of detail in Tasks 4 through 6 will be fairly general but adequate for use in later study tasks <br />and as a part of an ongoing planning process.
