Review <br />objectives, implementation processes, and program needs within the CWCB Directors <br />Office, with every section, and with the DNR Executive Director as necessary. <br /> <br />Review the progress of activities and evaluate the purpose and goals of participation in <br /> <br /> <br />strategic planning activities on an ongoing basis. Adjust goals, objectives, work and <br /> <br />performance plans, and staff priorities as necessary to meet deadlines, avert crisis or take <br /> <br />advantage of new opportunities. <br /> <br />Encourage consultation and cooperation among sections to coordinate objectives, <br />including: <br /> <br />. non-reimbursable projects and programs, <br /> <br />. policy implementation, <br /> <br />. implementation of the DSS within and between sections, <br /> <br />. Attorney General's Office/Executive Directors Office, <br /> <br />. coordination with external entities, including tracking and supporting <br />projects and processes identified to help meet Colorado's 2030 water needs <br />and developing solutions to address the gaps between water needs and water <br />supply. <br /> <br />Implement planning objectives via the budget and purchasing process, Board meetings, <br />and through performance planning. <br /> <br />Create opportunities for active and beneficial participation in decision making by staff <br />with the Board. <br /> <br />14 <br />
