<br />CWCB to accomplish this task on their behalf for the Chatfield Reservoir <br />Proj ect. <br />4. The letter implies when executed that the water user will have the first right of <br />refusal for their percentage ofthe storage space when the Corps and State <br />approve the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). <br /> <br />The staff further recommends that the Board accept and approve the storage allocations <br />as presented in Exhibit A and the provisions of the "Letter of Commitment" and further <br />direct the Director to execute the "Letter of Commitment" with the recognized water <br />users <br />Motion was approved 9-0 with Barbara Biggs recusing herself. <br /> <br />c. Creation ofthe Chatfield Reallocation Corp's FCSA Study Fund <br />Action: A motion was made by John Redifer with a second by Harold Miskel to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board acknowledge the need and create a Chatfield Study <br />Fund known as the "Chatfield Reallocation Corps FCSA Study Fund". Motion was <br />approved 10 -D. <br /> <br />d.
