precludes the construction of habitations and
similar structures which would tend to block the

future construction or flood control measures
on the stream."

"Will the water users in this area be con-
tacted or given any consideration in the devel-
opment of this program? It is requested by the
Denver Regional Council of GOvernments and to
my knowledge there hasn't been anybody in our
area that has been contacted. I talked to the
City of Boulder's water council and they didn't
seem to know that this request was going to be
presented here today and I just wondered if
they are going to cooperate with us or if this
is going to be a separate deal."

Again, we have no control over your local
government. Boulder county is represented on
the Regional COuncil. If there are any objectiOns
by Boulder I am sure this Board would like to
hear them. We would be willing to postpone this
matter until such further resolution is made.
