Jimmy Geissinger, as you know, <br />has been wQrking with a committee of engi- <br />neers and lawyers for some time. He has sub- <br />mitted some detailed reports to us, all of <br />which I am sure we have read and understand <br />thoroughlyt Larry and his staff have been <br />reviewing these matters from the standpoint <br />of the water board. <br /> <br />Let's get into the second item on the <br />agenda, 'Report, Discussion, and Policy Posi- <br />tion on Recodification of State Water Laws'. <br />Larry, if you will start this discussion, <br />please.
