PICKREL: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"We'll call this regularly scheduled <br />meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to order. ~s. Keating has requested <br />that particularly at this meeting and in this <br />room, speak distinctly. She was talking to <br />me when she said that but that applies to <br />everyone else. Speak into the microphone. <br />There is some problem about the hum in the <br />equipment, so if you'll be particularly <br />careful today she will appreciate it. <br /> <br />The first order of business is the <br />approval of the minutes of the Board meeting <br />on November 13, 1968, which you have all <br />received. I'll entertain a motion that these <br />minutes be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />"I would so move." <br /> <br />"Is there a second?" <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />"Any further discussion? All those in <br />favor of the motion will signify by saying <br />'aye'; opposed - the minutes are ordered <br />approved as submitted. <br /> <br />I would like to introduce at this time <br />Mr. Hugh Pickrel of Rocky Ford who is a new <br />member of the Board.
