But be that as it <br />may, I think it certainly is incumbent upon <br />this Board to recognize Mr. Eckles' services <br />here and I know that you join me in that. <br />I will ask Mr. Moses, our poet laureate, to <br />prepare a suitable resolution which we will <br />record as having been passed unanimously by <br />the Board, showing our appreciation to Mr. <br />Eckles for his guidance as Director of <br />Natural Resources. It will be preceded the afternoon be- <br />fore by a meeting of our rules committee which <br />
