I think what I'd like, unless you see some
problems in it, that you and Larry get together
and work them out and get a notice out, Larry,
to the advisory committee, most of whom are
here, I think, anyhow, and see if we can't come
up with some determinations that we can or
cannot make at that meeting with enough in-
formation ahead of time to make a good decision
on it."

bers of his staff to meet with this water
committee so that we can have a date with
him. II

be in on all these meetings."

"Mr. Chairman, once again I feel some
responsibility in this regard. Time is a
problem. Two weeks from now we will be on
the 30th day of this month and the 5th of
February is not very many days thereafter.
Larry indicated it would take maybe two weeks
to do what he wants to do. You don't want to
receive the stuff on the 5th. Then we are all
going to have to accelerate our schedules a
little bit. I expect that sooner or later
I'll be getting some legislative needling
about when are these materials going to be
presented to us, we too have to study them a
little bit. I don't quarrel with the right of
the legislature to see these things.

I am encouraged and very hopeful at the
things I've heard expressed today. Larry has
indicated in his memo and verbally that there
are very few points in which he feels that the
efforts of this group under Mr. Geissinger have
failed to meet the objectives established some
four years ago, nearly five now, by this
Board. So I'd say let's look at it as posi-
tively as we can. Let's make every effort
to advance the cause even if it means a
little harder and a little more concentrated
