PETERSON: <br /> <br />"I would like to add an amendment to the <br />motion, as follows; That the expenditure of <br />this money, if it is allocated, be under the <br />direction of, and at the recommendation of, <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board." <br /> <br />The motion by lIlr. Kelly, as amended, follows: <br /> <br />I move that this Board favor the Director <br />going before the Legislature and asking <br />for a $100,000 appropraition with which to <br />study proposed Colorado irrigation projects <br />in cooperation with the U. S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation and to study the possible small <br />projects within the State preparatory to <br />getting them in readiness to share in the <br />Small Projects Bills in the Congress; and <br />that the expenditure of this money, if it <br />is allocated, be under the direction of, and <br />at the recommendation of, the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, <br /> <br />On vote being taken the motion was carried unanimously. <br />
