County and describes the ground water re-
sources of that county.

Another report that has been duplicated
and put out in this series of Basic Data
Reports is particularly significant because
it represents completion of our Basic Data
Reports in the High Plains area. The title
of it is 'Records, Logs, and Water-Level
Measurements of Selected Wells and Test Holes,
and chemical Analyses of Ground Water in
Eastern Cheyenne and Kiowa Counties, Colorado'.

One other announcement that I'd like to
make, several people on the Water Board have
indicated they have heard a rumor I was leav-
ing the state and it sounds like it's true
although they haven't announced an official
successor to me nor have I received official
word in writing that lam leaving. It appears
that I am going to transfer to Menlo Park and
I hope that at the next meeting we will be
able to announce my successor.

Corps of Engineers on the Trinidad Project."

Ike Redmond representing Colonel John F.
Arfman, District Engineer, Albuquerque Dis-
trict Corps of Engineers. As you know, we
have been planning the construction of the
Trinidad Reservoir Project for the last
several years in cooperation with the Bureau
of Reclamation and the state agencies of
