Crawford, Director, <br />Co10rado Water Conservation Board, <br />212 State Office Building, <br />~'Denver 2, Colorado. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Crawford: <br /> <br />We would like to,have the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board meet as <br />soon as possible and take the <br />necessary action to help prevent the <br />loss of the Animas, La Plata Project <br />from the Upper Colorado River Project. <br /> <br />It is very alarming to the people of <br />this area to have this project left out <br />now that we have a very excellent status <br />report showing the feasibility of it. <br />In event this project is not included, <br />the deyelopment of this wonderfully rich <br />soil will be lost for all time to come. <br />
