problems with valves and some leakage has been -- has

been occurring there so the proposed project is going

is going to be including a pipeline that's going to be

going into one of the valves and then bringing the water

outside where another valve is going to be stored.

Now, there is some problems with the valves that are

installep because the nature of the valves, that by the

way you purchase from the Denver Water Board requires

that those valves be operated in certain ways that are

a little bit different than the normal operation under

which they have been operated at the dam.

So some work would have to be done to be fitting in

with the requirements for operation of the valves, and

also with the leakage that has been occurring there.
