FETCHER: Is this a case of where the darn may <br /> <br />not have been engineered properly initially or is it a <br /> <br />case of just general deterioration? <br /> <br /> <br />MR. IOANNIDES: In 1974 I think the dam was repaired <br /> <br /> <br />and since then some problems have occurred. Now what <br /> <br /> <br />exact problems were involved we are not quite sure, but <br /> <br />meetings have taken place between the State Engineer's <br /> <br /> <br />office and the entity, our office, Hydro Triad, trying <br /> <br /> <br />to evaluate and put our fingers as to exactly what <br /> <br /> <br />happened when the dam failed. <br />We have not finalized the reason as yet. <br />MR. FETCHER: Okay. Do you want to answer the other <br />question? Terrace? <br />MR. McDONALD: Terrace. We'd like to know the <br />nature of the repairs of Terrace. <br /> <br />MR.
