<br />shall be required to provide the CWCB with interim working <br /> <br /> <br />papers, rough drafts of chapters of the final report, and such <br /> <br /> <br />other interim products as will help insure that the study is <br /> <br /> <br />accomplishing its intended purposes. <br /> <br />The consultant shall be responsible for writing and <br /> <br /> <br />providing one camera ready copy of a draft report, to include <br /> <br /> <br />maps, charts, tables, graphs, design drawings, and other such <br /> <br /> <br />figures. After review, the consultant shall revise the draft and <br /> <br /> <br />provide one camera ready copy of a final report. The consultant <br /> <br /> <br />shall also provide the written materials and visual aids <br /> <br /> <br />required for public involvement activities (see next section).- <br /> <br />The CWCB shall make available to the consultant any and all <br /> <br /> <br />pertinent information which it has. In addition, the CWCB shall, <br /> <br /> <br />to the extent possible, assist the consultant in gaining access <br /> <br /> <br />to relevant data and information from other agencies, entities, <br /> <br /> <br />and persons. <br /> <br />The CWCB shall be responsible for the design and conduct of <br /> <br /> <br />a publ ic involvement program to accompany the study. This shall <br /> <br /> <br />include the formation of a steering committee of interested <br /> <br /> <br />parties which will provide input and comments to the CWCB staff <br /> <br /> <br />on the conduct and content of the study.
