<br />Content of Proposals <br /> <br />Each firm should prepare and submit three typewritten copies <br /> <br />of a proposal to study (PTS) which describes how the firm would <br /> <br />propose to accomplish the investigations, evaluations, and <br /> <br />activities set forth in this RFP. <br /> <br />In particular, each firm's PTS <br /> <br />should contain the following information: <br /> <br />1. A thorough discussion of how the firm would <br /> <br />propose to accomplish the required evaluations (i.e., a <br /> <br />preliminary plan of study),including information on the <br /> <br />design of and approach to the study, the analytical <br /> <br />techniques and methodologies to be.employed, likely <br /> <br />sources of informat ion to be used (including the <br /> <br />collection of original data and field work), and <br /> <br />anticipated problems in accomplishing the require'd <br /> <br />evaluations due to time, data, or monetary constraInts, <br />t/ <br />if any. This shall include a discussion of the <br /> <br />potential use of the surface water hydrologic model <br /> <br />developed by the Colorado Water Resources Research <br /> <br />Institute at Colorado State University and a comparison <br /> <br />with any other available models if the firm would <br /> <br />propose to utilize such in performing the required <br /> <br />hydrologic investigations. <br /> <br />2. A description of the major work tasks which would be <br /> <br />necessary to perform the study, including the estimated <br /> <br />-7- <br />
