<br />be constructed upstream from Fort Collins for the <br /> <br />further development and improved management of the <br /> <br />waters of the Cache la Poudre River Basin and for flood <br /> <br />control purposes, <br /> <br />(2) a reconnaissance level analysis of how an integrated <br /> <br />project consisting of one or more such facilities could <br /> <br />be used and operated to further develop and to improve <br /> <br />the management of the already developed waters of the <br /> <br />Cache la Poudre River Basin, <br /> <br />/ <br />p <br />(3) a reconnaissance level evaluation of the yield of such <br /> <br />an integrated project, <br /> <br />(4) an analysis of the potential uses, including hydropower <br /> <br />generation, and places of use of the water which could <br /> <br />be developed by such an integrated project, <br /> <br />(5) a reconnaissance level evaluation of the economic <br /> <br />benefits which could be provided by such an integrated <br /> <br />project, <br /> <br />(6) preparation of reconnaissance level engineering designs <br /> <br />and cost estimates (including annual operation, <br /> <br />maintenance, and replacement costs) for such an <br /> <br />integrated project, and <br /> <br />-3- <br />
