<br />The consultant shall be responsible for writing and <br />providing one camera ready copy of a draft final report, to <br /> <br /> <br />include maps, charts, tables, graphs, design drawings, and other <br /> <br /> <br />such figures. After review, the consultant shall revise and <br /> <br /> <br />provide one camera ready copy of the final report. The <br /> <br /> <br />consultant shall also provide the written materials and visual <br /> <br /> <br />aids required for public involvement activities (see next <br /> <br /> <br />section). <br /> <br />The CWCB shall make available to the consultant any and all <br />pertinent information which it has. In addition, the CWCB shall, <br />to the extent possible, assist the consultant in gaining access <br />to relevant data and information from other agencies, entities, <br />and persons. <br /> <br />The CWCB shall be responsible for the design and conduct of <br /> <br /> <br />a public involvement program to accompany the study. This shall <br /> <br /> <br />include the formation of a steering committee of interested <br /> <br /> <br />parties which will provide input and comments to the CWCB staff <br /> <br /> <br />on the content and conduct of the study. The consultant will be <br /> <br /> <br />required to participate in the public involvement program's <br /> <br /> <br />activities, including attendance at steering committee meetings <br /> <br /> <br />and public meetings. <br /> <br />Content of Proposals <br /> <br />Each firm should prepare and submit three typewritten copies <br /> <br /> <br />of a proposal to study (PTS) which describes how the firm would <br /> <br />-5- <br />
