<br />(2) an appraisal level evaluatlon of the yield of the <br /> <br /> <br />subject water rights as developed by the various <br /> <br /> <br />dlternatives under consideration, <br /> <br />(3) an analysis of the potential uses, including on-site <br /> <br /> <br />recreation and hydropower generation, and places of use <br /> <br /> <br />(throughout the Colorado portion of the White River <br /> <br /> <br />Basin) of the water which could be developed from the <br /> <br /> <br />subject wat~r rights, <br /> <br />(4l preparation of appraisal level engineering designs and <br />cost estimates (including annual operation, <br />maintenance, and replacement costs), <br /> <br />(5) an appraisal level evaluation of the annualized costs <br />per acre-foot of water developed, <br /> <br />(6) an appraisal level evaluation of the revenues which <br /> <br /> <br />could be obtained from the sale of hydroelectric power, <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(7) an analysis of the financial feasibility of the <br /> <br /> <br />project, to lnclude consideration of alternatlve <br /> <br /> <br />techniques for financing construction of the project. <br /> <br />The study shall not include an evaluation of the economic <br /> <br /> <br />feasibillty of the project (i.e., a cost-benefit analysis) nor <br /> <br /> <br />shail it include an evaluation of those recreational, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
