To four newspapers of the broadest circulation in the project area, at least twice a month, the names of those newspapers to be forward~d immediately to the Executi.ve Director: ' L. To the Colorado State Patrol and the Forest Service Avalanche Forecast Center at least twice a month, summarizing the project's activities and status. d. To the Executive Director as specified in 3~-20-117(3) a written final operational report and a written final report, evaluating the project, or an annual operational report and an annual project evaluation, as the case may be. A finat operational report along with a preliminary scientific evaluation of the ?roject shall be filed no later than thirty da1s after the completion of the project. A final complete scient~fic evaluatio~ of the project shall b~ filed no later than one hundred eighty days after the completion of the projecc. An annual summary report shall be filed sixty days prior to the renewal of a permit under the provisions of Section 36-20-114(2). All such reports are declared to be public reco~ds subject to the provisions and limitati.ons of part 2 of article 72 of title 24. C.R.S. 1973. 7. The Applicant shall strictly follow the minimum guidelines for coordination of this project with other State weather modification projects: 8.
