Although no impacts from seeding are expec~ed to occur in the Leadville area, no -generator shall be operated ,under conditions when the plume might be,expected to reach Leadville. 3. The project area to be seeded is hereby limited strictly ta" that area set forth in the application as 'defined by the map submitted at' the public meeting-September ZS, 1980 (Exhibit A). The Applicant shall strictly adhere to the project area. The applicant shall use only those generators set forth on the referenced map. Generators shall be operated Qn~y under wind conditions specified in Attachment D. The Applicant shall provide the Executive Direct9T a description of the location of each generator,' uith reference to roads, buildings, or ether physical- landmarks; and the name, mailing address, and telephone number of each generato~ operator. Any .change in location or number of generators,mllst be w~th the ~pproval of the Executive Director.
