Work will be closely monitored and feasible, technical adjustments in
detailed work plans to take advantage of new technology and resolve
priority research problems will be made from time to time upon request
by the Contracting Officer or his duly Authorized Representative.

F-2.2 MONTHLY PROGRESS

A monthly progress report, five copies, shall be delivered to the
Contracting Officer within 10 calendar days after the first day of each
month. The monthly progress report shall be in letter form and include:

(1) A description of overall progress with a brief summary of the
work performed on each task.

(2) Travel taken and personnel changes during the preceding month.

(3) An indication of any current problems which may impede perfor-
mance and proposed corrective action.

(4) A discussion of the work to be performed during the next
reporting period.

The monthly progress reports shall also serve the purpose of substan-
tiating progress payments submitted in accordance with subparagraph H-2
of Section H - Special Contract Provisions.

F-2.3 DATA

Two copies of the following data shall be provided to the Bureau Site
director 30 days following the completion of the field season.

(1) Tables showing the dates, periods, locations of release, and
rates of release of cloud seeding materials.

(2) Written documentation of all decisions to initiate and/or ter-
minate seeding operations in regard to application of the suspension
criteria formulated by the Contractor.

F-2.4 INTERIM PROGRESS REPORT

A camera-ready copy of an Interim Progress Report giving,

(1) Summary of activities performed during the previous field
season.

(2) Results of the analyses.

(3) Preliminary conclusions and recommendations for the following
season.

These reports shall be provided at 12-month intervals during the
contract period, with the first report due September I, 1985, covering
