the plan deslgned to achleve thls result.

6. Appllcant shall provlde to the Executlve Dlrector a descrlptlon of
the locatlon of each generator, wlth reference to roads. bul1dlngs.
or other physlcal landmarks. Changes In 10catlon or number of
generators must be approved by the DNR.

7. Appllcant shall provlde lnformatlon on locatlon. rates, and the tlme
of seedlng by phonlng the deslgnated representatlves of the DNR
prlor to seedlng.

8. App11cant shall suspend seedlng lf snow water content at selected
snow courses (ldentlfled by the DNR and the app11cant) reaches one
or more of the followlng:

a. 15D% of the November average durlng November;

b. 150% of the December average durlng December;

c. 150% of the January average durlng January;

d. 140% of the February average durlng February;

e. 135% of the March average durlng March.

The above percentages wl11 be calculated by averaglng snow water
content (measured by the So11 Conservatlon Servlce Snow Survey Unlt)
at representatlve snow courses and SNOTELs In the project area.

9. Appllcant shall suspend seedlng operatlons If:

a. A wlnter storm warnlng (10 lnches of snow In 24 hours or 8
lnches of snow In 12 hours) ls lssued for the project area by
the Natlonal Weather Servlce;

b. The Colorado Avalanche lnformatlon Center (CAlC) lssues an
avalanche warnlng for the project area;

c. The Executlve Dlrector orders that seedlng be suspended.

10. Appllcant shall consult wlth the CAlC before seedlng and lnform the
Colorado State Hlghway Patrol (Denver Dlspatch Offlce) when seedlng.
