<br />Weather Modification Permit <br /> <br />WY 86-3 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />11. Applicant shall submit the following reports: <br /> <br />a. Form WM3 (reporting seeding dates, generator numbers, and <br />intended results) biweekly to the DNR. <br /> <br />b. A summary of WM3 biweekly to: <br /> <br />1) DNR; <br />2) Newspapers in the project area (including the Silverton <br />Standard, Durango Herald, Dove Creek Press, Telluride <br />Times, Ouray County Plaindea1er, Lake City Silver World, <br />and the Montezuma Valley Journal); <br />3) The Colorado State Patrol and the CAlC. <br /> <br />c. Copies of the daily "Worksheet Decision Summary Notification" <br />form (on which seed/no seed decisions are based) to the DNR <br />biweekly. <br /> <br />d. C.R.S. 536-20-117(3) specifies a written final operational <br />report and a written final report, evaluating the project, or an <br />annual operational report and an annual project evaluation, as <br />the case may be. A final operational report along with a <br />prelImInary scIentIfIc evaluation of the project shall be fIled <br />no later than thirty days after the completion of the project. <br />A final complete scientific evaluation of the project shall be <br />fIled no later than one hundred eIghty days after completIon of <br />the project. An annual summary report shall be filed sixty days <br />prIor to the renewal of a permit under the provIsions of C.R.S. <br />536-20-114(2) to the Executive DIrector of the Department of <br />Natural Resources. All such reports are public records <br />subject to the provisions and limitations of part 2 of Article <br />72 of Title 24, C.R.S. An approprIate contrIbutIon (determIned <br />by the Executive Director) to the DNR Weather ModificatIon <br />Research Fund will meet the requirement for scientIfic <br />evaluation of the project. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall do the following to coordinate thIs project with <br />other weather modIfication projects In Colorado: <br /> <br />a. notify other operator(s) authorized to modIfy the weather In <br />Colorado If this project Is expected to adversely affect other <br />projects. <br /> <br />b. refraIn from indIscrIminate seedIng or overseedlng. <br /> <br />c. present any dIsputes or conflicts between this operation and <br />other operatIons within or outside Colorado to the Executive <br />Director for resolution. <br />
