From that point, I took a position on the staff

at Colorado state University in the Atmospheric Science Depar _

ment where I ~orked six years directly with weather modifica-

tion operations conducted by Colorado State University,both

in the Climax,Colorado area and at other programs over Wolf

Creek Pass, over Monarch pass and Berthoud Pass.

That continued essentially through 19 July 1970 --

'71, excuse me -- when I accepted a position with EG&G, Incor -

orated to become the ~roject Manager for the Bureau of

Reclamation's pilot project, which lliaweathermodification

program conducted primarily in the southeastern portion of

the San Juan Mountains of Colorado.

I'm presently completing work on that contract

and am presently embarking on a company of my own, Western

weather Consultants, which I am entering into this contract

under.
