of Intent to Modify the Weather as required by state statutes

Number 2 is also a Certificate of Publication

from The Ledger--News from Conejos County. The first one was

from saguache County. The third exhibit is a Proof of Publi-

cation in the Durango Herald for La Plata County.

The Exhibit Number 4 is Proof of Publication in

Archuleta County through The pagosa Springs Sun. Number 5

is Proof of Publication in Alamosa County through The Valley

Courier. and Number 6 is Proof of Publication through the

Ouray Plaindealer for Ouray County.

Exhibit Number 7 is.a certified return receipt

with a copy of a letter I sent to the La Plata County Com-
