Applicant shall suspend seeding operations If: a, Unusually heavy precipitation that could contribute to avalanches or severe weather conditions In the project area occurs or Is forecast; b. The Colorado Avalanche Information Center Issues an avalanche forecast warning for the project area; c. The Executlve 01rector orders suspension of seeding. 6. Appllcant shall consult wlth the Colorado Avalanche Informatlon Center prlor to seedlng and lnform the Colorado State Hlghway Patrol (Denver Dlspatch Offlce) when seedlng occurs. 7. a. Appllcant shall submlt at least twlce a month to the Executlve Dlrector: o coples of WM3 lncludlng seedlng start and end tlmes, amount of solutlon burned, seedlng alrcraft track and altitude. o a summary of form WM3 lndlcatlng on whlch days seeding occurred ln the project area. o a copy of the dally Worksheet Declslon Summary Notlflcatlon form on which seed/no seed declslons are based and the form IndIcatIng the parameter data requested and used ln maklng avalanche suspenslon declslons. b. Appllcant shall report all seeding events to the Routt County Extension Director for broadcast on his radio program. c, Appllcant also shall submit weekly reports on cloud seedlng actlvlty to the Colorado State Patrol, the Colorado Avalanche Informatlon Center and to at least two newspapers of broad clrculatlon ln Routt and Jackson countles. c, C.R,S, S 36-20-117(3) specifies that the Applicant provide to the Executlve Dlrector "a wrltten flnal operatlonal report and a wrltten final report evaluating the project, or an annual project evaluatlon, as the case may be. A final operational report along wlth a prellmlnary sclentlflc evaluatlon of the project shall be filed no later than thirty days after the completlon of the project. A flnal complete sclentlflc evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than one hundred eighty days after the completlon of the project. An '. ,
