<br />which seed/no seed decisions are based, and information utilized in making <br />avalanche suspension decisions, shall be maintained by the permittee at its <br />offices. <br /> <br />B. A monthly summary report indicating at a minimum the number of weather <br />systems with seeding opportunities during the month, the number of <br />operational days in the month, the specific dates and times and from which <br />generators seeding actually occurred, total run times, rates, and total weight <br />of seeding agent used in the month. <br /> <br />C. An annual report shall be submitted to the Director no later than September <br />I of each year for the preceding winter's operations. The annual report shall <br />include a complete record of operations, a scientific evaluation of the <br />effectiveness of the project in the target area, any impacts in the area <br />reasonably expected to be effected and in downwind areas, and any <br />recommended changes in the operating plan. <br /> <br />All such reports shall be public records subject to the provisions and limitations of <br />Part 2 of Article 72 ofTitle 24, C.R.S. <br /> <br />Bi-weekly during the period of operation, the permittee shall provide at least one <br />local newspaper in each of the towns of Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton with <br />information on the dates and times of seeding and reports of precipitation observed <br />at the ski area and in the towns of Telluride, Ophir, Ouray, and Silverton, if <br />available. <br /> <br />The monthly report shall be submitted in a timely manner to the following entities: <br /> <br />I) Telluride Ski & Golf Company <br />2) Southwestern Colorado Water Conservation District <br />3) San Miguel County Board of Commissioners <br />4) Ouray County Commissioners <br />5) San Juan County Commissioners , <br />6) Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />7) Colorado Avalanche Center <br />8) Colorado Department of Transportation, District 5 <br /> <br />The annual report shall be submitted in a timely manner to the above named entities <br />and the following additional entities: <br /> <br />9) Colorado Division of Wildlife District Office <br />10) Colorado Climate Center, Colorado State University <br />11) Colorado State Patrol (District No.5 Office) <br />12) Uncompahgre National Forest District Office <br />13) San Juan National Forest District Office <br />14) U.S. Bureau ofRec1amation, Durango Projects Office <br /> <br />4 <br />
