Contact was made with NCWCD personnel <br />at the Granby pumping plant when a seeding episode occurred. <br /> <br />At the close of the storm, and after all CNG operations had ended, the <br />meteorologist would document the appropriate weather data and CNG operation <br />information. <br /> <br />4.2 Ooerational Guidelines <br /> <br />A condition to the Colorado seeding permit (Terms and Conditions #5) was that <br />three Snotel snowcourse sites: Willow Creek Pass Snotel, Granby Snowcourse, and <br />Stillwater Creek be monitored.
