11. Applicant shall submit the follow1ng reports:

a. Form WM3 (reporting seeding dates, generator numbers, and
1ntended results) biweekly to the DNR.

b, A summary of WM3 biweekly to:

1) DNR;
2) Newspapers in the project area (including the Vail Trail,
Eagle Valley Enterprise, the Leadville Herald Democrat, and
the Leadville Carbonate Chronicle);
3) The Colorado State Patrol and the CArC,

c, Copies of the dally "Worksheet Decision Summary Notification"
form (on which seed/no seed decisions are based) to the DNR
biweekly,

d, C,R,S, 536-20-117(3) specifies a written final operational
report and a written final report, evaluating the project, or an
annual operat1onal report and an annual project evaluation, as
the case may be, A final operational report along with a
preliminary scientific evaluation of the project shall be filed
no later than thirty days after the completion of the project,
A final complete scientific evaluation of the project shall be
filed no later than one hundred eighty days after completion of
the project, An annual summary report shall be filed sixty days
prior to the renewal of a permit under the provisions of C,R,S,
536-20-114(2) to the Executive Director of the Department of
Natural Resources. All such reports are pub11c records
subject to the provisions and limitations of part 2 of Article
72 of Title 24, C,R.S, An appropriate contribution (determined
by the Executive Director) to the DNR Weather Mod\fication
Research fund w11l meet the requirement for scientific
evaluation of the project,

12. The applicant shall do the following to coordinate this project with
other weather modification projects in Colorado:

a. notify other operator(s) authorized to modify the weather in
Colorado if this project is expected to adversely affect other
projects.

b', refrain from indiscriminate seeding or overseedlng.

c, present any disputes or conflicts between this operation and
other operations within or outside Colorado to the Executive
Director for resolutIon.
